Getting back to Business!
Alright, "first things first"…. I gotta always take mental notes about that! hah…. I have to constantly keep challenging myself or else I’m doomed!….. Anyway, straight to the point…. I’ve been idle for a couple of weeks, took a coo trip down at vegas (that was good), shit…. Guess its time to get back to business.
Went to the gym today and I did my shoulders HARD. I focused on doing 1 armed dumbell presses (for added explosiveness too my punches) 65 lbs each and goin up, laterall raises, and the T bar rows (for my rear delts). It was a mediocre day though.
