6 Week Bulking Cycle
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008I have never really taking lifting seriously until now. I am attempting to do my first bulking cycle, hoping to transform into a more refined better me.
Started 08/25/08
My Bulking Cycle will/is consisting of:
Supplements:
2 Bottles of Methyl 1-D (6 Weeks worth of 6 capsules a day) - Even taking on off days
100% Whey Protein (As snack at least once a day, and post workout)
100% Casein Protein (Taken right before bed)
NO2 Pills (6 capsules a day, 3 taken in morning, 3- 30 mins before workout)
Animal Pak (only doing 1 pak a day, since I’m a lightweight)
Workout:
Monday:
Chest/Triceps (4 exercises per muscle group, has supersets, and dropsets)
Tuesday:
Biceps/ABS (4 exercises per muscle group, has supersets, and dropsets)
Wednesday:
Legs (4 exercises per muscle group, has supersets, and dropsets)
Thursday:
Back (4 exercises per muscle group, has supersets, and dropsets)
Friday:
Shoulders (4 exercises per muscle group, has supersets, and dropsets)
I am mixing in 3 sessions of cardio throughout the week, plan is to go in the morning and workout at night.
Diet:
Aiming for 3500 calories daily, even on off days. (is quite hard with school)
Im hoping in 6 weeks to have gained a total of 10lbs.
Documentation: Weight myself every night at gym doing workout, to keep up with results, also will measure every week (monday), and take photos every monday.
