Back to a real bulk!
So ive had problems gaining weight since this autumn, and i think its because the 1k Kcal shakes ive been taking, i havnt really concentrated as much on real food since i started making them. Ive just writen a food schedule that i hope will work, the first one is 20fat 40carbs 40protein (3100kcal) and the other one is about 30/30/30, but i dont know how the get the fat down on the second one, since i get about 62g fat from one package of bacon, but i gues that will do untill i find a new way to get up the carbs/protein =)
