So ive had problems gaining weight since this autumn, and i think its because the 1k Kcal shakes ive been taking, i havnt really concentrated as much on real food since i started making them. Ive just writen a food schedule that i hope will work, the first one is 20fat 40carbs 40protein (3100kcal) and the other one is about 30/30/30, but i dont know how the get the fat down on the second one, since i get about 62g fat from one package of bacon, but i gues that will do untill i find a new way to get up the carbs/protein =)

So today i got a letter from the swedish army. In 2months i’ll have to go to a recuitment center were i will do some test on strength, endurence and how smart i am. I hope i will do good on these test, since i want to join the hardest training group. I really have to work on my endurance and shoulders untill then. But im looking forward to it, despite i would really hate getting into a boring squad. I think if i dont get into the kind of training i want, i dont want to do it at all. But i will have to probebly.
This will really effect my bodybuilding. I wont be able to build like i used too. Wont be able to meet my friends and party. But i still think it could be nice. To really test your body and yourself, and see what you can do. The training is 11-15 months. Both my parents is against it though
But i’ll see if i fit in or not =)

I dont know whats happend to my motivation. Some days im really motivated to eat alot, and some im not. Im allways motivatet to go training. But the diet is harder. I hope it will get better when i get my Creatine and Protein powder after christmas. And if i dont succed to get more weight with that, ill put myself on a stricter diet from 1 Feb and on. Well wish me luck

So today me and my GF broke up, which im both happy and sad with. Will be intresting how this will effect my motivation for gymming, since i basicly started getting more serious because i wanted to look good for her. But what the heck, ill try to find me a new one =D

After having a slight problem with my lower back im finally back to training like normal again. I know i will be able to raise the squat next time, and maybe the deadlift. I also think i will be able to raise the bench aswell. Because this went quite easy today. Feels so good to be back like normal!!!

today i went to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks (because of the flu). I also changed programme! Im now on a basic Rippetoe program, and im really not used to training legs! (never tried it before). And now i also switched from the smith bench press to a regular bench press. And thats probebly why i wasnt able to take as much bench as im used to.
