I am not sure if its just because it is a new year or what, but it seems every time I have gone to the gym lately it has been crowded. Don’t get me wrong I am glad to see people exercising, but last night I was on a treadmill and a lady was standing right next to my machine for about the last 15 minutes I was on it, just waiting for me to finish. I guess I need to try and find a time when it’s not so busy, because I don’t like my personal space invaded when I am at the gym. Sorry this post is just complaining, but I like my gym time and don’t like it invaded like that.

Yesterday for the first time in my nineteen years of marriage my husband worked out with me. We joined a gym over the holiday season and I hope this will spark an interest for him. I am pretty sure he will not go as often as me, but even if he goes a couple times a week that would be good. Now that the holidays have come and gone there is no more reasons for eating bad. Hope your holiday season was a good one.

Finally after several days of running a fever and feeling icky, I am starting to feel better and will be able to get back at it tomorrow. When I posted my last progress picture I said the next one would be better, but starting in January I am going to be in a bit of a contest with another person. So I am not being as careful until we take our before photos, then I will hit it hard. I am not sure if I will be writing again before the holidays, so Happy Holidays to everyone may yours be a joyous one!

Yesterday while working in the first grade classroom, one of the students came up to me and said "Mrs. H you look so beautiful today" so real and sweet and on a day I was not feeling very beautiful. It was just what the doctor had ordered. I have been really trying to focus on my abs lately and it just seems so hard to make progress on them. I am going to keep trying and hopefully I will see impovement soon.

Yesterday was a good day and the food was wonderful, but today it back to business. I resisted the temptation to bring home some leftovers my mom wanted to send with us. The pecan pie was the hardest to resist, because it is my favorite and it always calls my name and I don’t want to be rude so I answer it. Hope you all had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving.

I found out that there is a snap fitness opening in my town in January 08 and I am pretty excited about it. I have never been to a snap fitness, but I looked it up on the web and it looks like a pretty nice place. The great part about it is that it will be with in walking distance for me. Ok so I promised I would update on the black powder. I am not sure of why the difference but the second time I used the black powder I got that caffine buzzed feeling. It was almost a little to much to I decreased the amount you are suppose to use and that does seem to help. I just want to be sure that it wil be as effective. Happy Thankgiving everyone!

Yesterday I started using black powder for the first time. The flavor I have is fruit punch, which was not bad. It mixes real well and I did not think it had any bad after taste at all. However I am not sure that it did that much for me, or maybe I was just expecting to much from it. I am going to continue to use it and see what happens. I would be interested in knowing what other people who have used it think of it. I also receieved a couple trial packs of Pro-Nos protein shakes when I bought the black powder. I tried the french vinilla cream yesterday. It has 42 grams of protein in it. Again I like the taste, it mixed well, the only thing I had to do was add a little more water because it was pretty thick, but it was a cream shake. I have a banana flavored one to try yet. I will keep you posted on how that one taste.
