If I could only get myself to do as well on my diet as I do about going to the gym I would be in great shape. It seems like I am having trouble staying consistent with my diet which is not making me real happy with myself. I don’t mean to sound like I am way out of control with it because I am not gaining I am just not losing either. Not that it is an excuse, but it does make it harder when you are the only one in the family who is trying to eat healthy. I have a mini goal of losing three pounds by Valentines Day that would put me at 110#. I know I can do this, I just have to stay positive and stay motivated.
