1st Day. No More Excuses

Today marks the day and also my pledge, not only to my self but the rest of BB.com that I will push myself and not only complete my transformation but maintain it.

Had a good session today at the gym. It was my Back and Bi’s day. I was totally not in the moood but took my supp’s and went anyway. I am currently getting over a head cold and figured the exercise will nly do me good.

I skipped deadlifts and lower back work as I injured myself last week during my session. This was due to poor form on my first set of deadlifts. Only I pushed through and completed my W/O which was probably not the smartes move.

I was a bit light on with nutrition today which will change. I did not have a hardie breakfast whih intur I felt a little light headed after each set.

Please keep watch as I update my body Space and my blog. I will aim to do this daily. Please comment and share your opinions and advice you may have. Even criticism aslong as it is constructive.

 Peace all!

Thats one thing I have learned the hard way. You gotta eat if you want to grow and have good WOs. Not new information in any way, but when you start to understand and feel how your body responds when it is given the proper fuel and rest, you try to never let that happen again. Good job for getting in the gym and pushing through it though.

    Ditto above.

I can bust my a$$ in the gym and not eat enough and I won’t gain anything. I can still loose fat and tighten things up, but gaining muscle mass requires those two components, lots of water and sleep. Something else I don’t always get enough of.
