Do You Use Lipo6?
I ordered a sample of Lipo6 from bb.com. I’ve always been leery of fat burners due to my petite size. I figured they might be too much. I took it last week around 7am and actually felt fine all day. I headed to workout around 4pm. After strapping on my heart rate monitor I noticed my resting heart rate was about 20bpm (86) higher than normal (66). I did my scheduled Insanity Workout of Max Interval Plyo and noticed my heart rate was way up there in the 160s for most of the workout. I ususally stay in the low 150’s or high 140’s on this one.
By 8pm my resting heart rate was back to normal. Is this what to expect from a fat burner? Obviously with a raised heart rate I burned more calories not only during my workout but the rest of the day.
Have any of you had any issues with this product?

The only issue I have had with Insanity is that it kicks my butt. Sweat is flying every where.
Are you a Beachbody Coach? I did not see it in your profile. If not, go to www.beachbodycoach.com/wrkoutjorney and let me know what you like about it.

I’ve seen the ads for that product and I’ve been pretty skeptic about it. I don’t know. I’ve just started the Insanity program and my heartrate is already off the charts while doing the workout. Just keep monitoring yourself while taking it. Good luck!

I only ordered a sample. I am not sure if I will get some or not. The reviews go both ways. I’ve just been stuck at this point for a few months.

I use Lipo6. Don’t know if this will help as everyone is different, but when I started using them a while ago I built myself up to 2 to 4 tablets a day and I personally had quite a few side effects. Somedays I felt Nauseous, and my heart felt quite fluttery….
I stopped taking them for a while wondering whether they are good for your heart, but recently starting taking 1 or 2 tablets a little before a workout and am seeing good results with my energy! I honesty don’t think I would work out as hard as I do without them, and I think lowering the frequency of taking them means I don’t get any side effects… guess it depends how your body copes with caffine!
Trying a sample is good,
