Insanity Day 42
I’ve definitely decided that Max Cardio Conditioning is the hardest…especially at 7 am on a Monday morning. Even the second time through I had to take breaks unlike any other Insanity workout. At least it will make tonights Legs & Back seem easy.

Great job on the Insanity workouts! I decided that I’m going to save the Insanity DVD’s for this winter when I start up P90X again.
I love them, but don’t have a lot of dvd’s that I like that I can do during the winter months when I hibernate and hate braving the ice and snow to go to the gym.
