Woke up sore and I mean sore from last nights double workout. Upper abs are sore and my abs rarely get sore. I am not sure what Insanity move did that but wow! Today was Max Interval Plyo I did push through it but had to take a few mini breaks during a few of the tougher ones. At least I do better than some of the people on the DVD. Considering I am likely twice their age I feel good about what I can do the first time through the Max Level DVDs.
Today was supposed to be Kenpo Cardio Plus but I am subbing again this week so my X cardio was teaching the fitness and toning class. Part of the workout was Abs so I didn’t do abs last night and now I am glad) I burned 586+ calories so that works just fine in place of Kenpo.
Googled overtraining just to make sure I wasn’t showing any signs of overtraining. None. Tomorrow is single workout day. Just Insanity (p90x rest day). If I feel like I need more rest I will drop the Sunday p90x workout (yoga day which I usually do Interval X or something else in its place).
