It Must Be Insanity
Monday, August 31st, 2009I started doing double workouts three weeks ago. Cardio in the am and my regular P90X workout in the evening. I already see results that pesky ab fat is beginning to melt away. The PlyoX and IntervalX workouts are great - very intense but the others are not so much. I got a bonus P90 Cardio Interval workout and it is pretty good. The rest of the cardio workouts are not my favorites so I’ve been doing the elliptical at the gym. Now I like the elliptical. I jam on my ipod to classic rock while burning calories but after about 40 minutes my feet start getting numb. By 50 minutes they are completely numb.
Then I got the email….new workout DVD set at beachbody.com…Insanity….kind of the p90x of cardio/ab workouts. May just be what I am looking for. I have to love the "workout in your own pool of sweat". That has me written all over it.
Insanity in the am and p90X in the pm…a plan or am I insane?
