Monday, December 31st, 2007Happy New Year Everyone! I am looking for a few helpful hints on how to handle working out with a cold. I woke up yesterday with a "lite" cold - just enough to get a little stuffy and sneeze a lot. My biggest concern is that it not get worse and go to my chest. I’ve been using Zicam to help it stay at a minimum. I passed on working out yesterday (my usual day off) and today since I am visiting family in Atlanta (and face it it was too cold to go outside and run). I’ll be back home tomorrow afternoon and plan on at least a light cardio and weights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
