Amazingly and it goes against common sense but the more you work out and of course eat a nutritious diet the more energy you end up with.
When I started I could just barely drag my sorry, tired and extremely lazy butt to the gym but slowly but surely as I ate better and worked out the more I found myself looking forward to getting to the gym and putting my body through a grueling workout.
In my wife’s case (she has the energy depleting disease Lupus) she was exhausted when she woke up in the morning, and as she progressed into her fitness routine the more energy she developed and the stronger she would become.
One of what they call the “secrets” of developing energy is to eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, med carb and low fat meals per day but making sure that you have at least some form of protein at every meal, whether it is a protein shake or a T-bone steak, there needs to be protein.
That nutrition plan and way of eating sure changed my life around.

Man, I love Monday's. It's the begining of a whole new week, and what you make of it is up to you. Work sucks, yes, but unfortunatly that is the part that only a few chosen ones get to live without.

I have to tell you I have been in this f&amp;^%ng plateau for a month and thought the weight would be falling off me too. As per the originality of people my family often refers to those kinds as sheeple.

I stay motivated by not quitting and when I feel like quitting and when I get really pissed i work harder. It is a pain though when results are slow as hell.

I am sorry to hear about the deaths in your family.
I take your blogs as truth not negativity myself. If you feel like you are clawing than that is truth. I myself feel very beat down and tired sometimes from so much trying. Being positive has its merits but living in truth, not good or bad personally makes life doable. Work hard, you will see results. The world bows to perserverence as Arnold says!

i just looked trough your blogs. with respect i have to point out that you kinda negative. evrything you want to accomplish starts with positive thoughts. persistent positve thoughts will change your life. body will follow. i have only recently started using some of these positve routines but it has made a dramatic change in who i am . i wish you all the sucess and hope that you achieve all you want. Best of luck!!!
