Crappy monday is over on with the rest of the week
Hey all well doing good on the eatting clean. i have reduced the carb intake and started eatting 4-5 times aday making a big difference, i am down 7lb feel better and sleeping better have not been able to work with the iron. AAAARRRRRRRRR make me upset i need to stop making excuses and pound the iron
I don’t know what the hell is going on. i love to lift weight but i find it to easy to not do it. i love the sorness the next two day. the tightness i feel in the body part i just worked on. I don’t know need to get my head striaght.
