How do you get the energy
How do you people get the energy, been eatting 80% clean yah i know need to be 100% but it is still early in the restart i am not a chilled bird, sleeping 8hrs but still tired. don’t want to get up It sucks getting old. I know if i keep it up i know energy will come but having hard time this go around. Man it suck when life gets in the way on you working out.

Amazingly and it goes against common sense but the more you work out and of course eat a nutritious diet the more energy you end up with.
When I started I could just barely drag my sorry, tired and extremely lazy butt to the gym but slowly but surely as I ate better and worked out the more I found myself looking forward to getting to the gym and putting my body through a grueling workout.
In my wife’s case (she has the energy depleting disease Lupus) she was exhausted when she woke up in the morning, and as she progressed into her fitness routine the more energy she developed and the stronger she would become.
One of what they call the “secrets” of developing energy is to eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, med carb and low fat meals per day but making sure that you have at least some form of protein at every meal, whether it is a protein shake or a T-bone steak, there needs to be protein.
That nutrition plan and way of eating sure changed my life around.
