Deadlifts
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008Yesterday was one of those really good days in the gym. I started with chest and i was feeling really strong, doing better then i have in a while. I was doing much heavier weight with more reps then ussual. For instance 230 10 reps to finish on flat barbell press not all at once though im not a best like that i did 4 racked it waited 10 secs did 2 and so on. But besides all that the reason for this blog and this is my first one. Is Iv never done deadlift I mean i have fooled around with them but never really used that lift as a workout in my routine. I have been seeing alot of guys doinging them. Yesterday was chest and back for me and my big plan for the day was deadlifts i wanted to see where i ws at in relation to ppl that do them. I blew mine and some of the other guys minds when i got up 405 then almost 495 lbs. That was over 12 hours ago and im still pumped about it. Ill def. be adding the deadlifts to my back routine from now on.
