Are these one rep max calculations serious??

If they are serious, then I believe I am a beast. I have never tried squatting 540. The highest I ever went on a normal barbell squat was 440. But I put it in how many times I could rep out with 405 and it came out with that. I’m scared to try all that weight. Scared that it will CRUSH ME.. anyone have answers to how accurate the calculators are???

I’m currently looking to collect many old school bodybuilding shirts. Like shirts from the original golds, and shirts from famous gyms of the past. I like the old school fit, and sometimes the older the better. If anyone has any ideas let me know. Thanks everyone.

Goals and People

When taking a goal seriously.. Its a good idea to surround yourself with other people who are as goal orientated as yourself. They do not need to have the same goals or similar ones at the least. Positive people make you positive, positive makes the end result even better than you expected. I know I have goals, in bodybuilding, baseball, school. People with true goals appreciate and respect your goals.These goals are becoming easy for me to acheive with the help of my supporting relationships. You know who you are…
