THE 15 pound of Muscle Plan!
Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007Ok guys over the next 6months im going on a Journey for 15 pounds of muscle, now this will be a controlled training, diet and supplement routine which I will outline as I go!
Its a plan I used a couple of years back and managed to pick up 11pounds of LEAN MUSCLE from, now bearing In mind every one of us is different I seem to be able to build lean muscle quicker than most, but that does not go with out syaing its NOT BLOODY HARD WORK! I have to eat on the dot all the time and train with 100% intesity every workout, plus SLEEP & GROW!
So over the next few weeks I will be outlining for the first time my full nutrition, supplementation and training plan for you guys to follow or watch and read the results……. Lets DO THIS!
