help
I am in the United States Marine Corps and i work out 4 days a week. Heavy Lifting and Cardio..Im trying to become a body builder and do everything right. But since i am in the military i have a standard of Height and Weight and because of my height my max weight is 165 i was 175 and i got down to 158 and i wanna start bulking up agian. But i dont want to get above 165 does any 1 have any advice out there to help me bulk up with out putting on to much weight or even not as much body fat. i dont care if i weight 250 as long as i am under 15% body fat.

i was in the marine’s..if u lift hard they’re always gonna have to "tape" you come pft time, it’s the price u pay for being big. no worrires though u won’t be a fat body, just keep ur dit clean, train legs hard, and the cardio will do the rest..oh, and eat eat eat!
