Ran the bix at six tonight. Its a practice race for the real bix in a month its a 7 mile run. I was pretty stoked on how well i did ran all 7 miles in 69 minutes. I was pleased for two awesome reasons A. I have nver run 7 miles in my life at one time and B. not a bad time for someone that dosent usually run that far. I think this was just the motivation I needed to get back on track WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO baby!!!!!!!

Ok feeling good today had a great chest workout! Took 205 for a 9 rep ride thats way up from my usual 5 or 6 reps i struggle with!!! didnt see what i could do with 225 but im trying to stay lighter to get more reps out then just seeing what i can lift. Also went big on the dumbbells for me anyway took the 70 pounders for a 10 repper! Super stoked on all of that next time I AM!!! putting up those 80s i dont care what it takes maybe one day i can get a spotter hahahaha that would make all of this alot easier or maybe i could be a little bit more brave. YEAHHHHHHHHHHH

Went running outside yesterday for the first time since winter. It was amazing thats all I have to say! I forgot how mundane running on a treadmill gets it was nice to have fresh air and things to look at going by. Hopefully this will give me a lil boost in the cardio department, Ive been slackin there. Now im just gonna charge it!!!

Ok did chest and arms today. My bench was weak as hell as weak as its been in a while, Im going to blame that on the fact I didnt feel that great today but whatever theres always next time. Swithed it up I usually do my warm-up sets then do 3 real sets well today I warmed up then did 5 sets of 5 reps. Im not use to that but i liked it dont think the pecs were use to it cause I got a good pump going better then ive had in a while!!! I was stoked on that! Then I took my arms to failure gotta love the arm pump too hahah. Well until next time.

Ok im back on the wagon eating better, lifting routine time to get moving! Plan on kicking up the cardio a lil bit cut some of this winter chub off. Just have to stay motivated have to want it.

I have got to get motivated I have been dragging ass the last few weeks starting to eat not so well and really just draggin through workouts at the gym. I use to take N.O. Explode before my workouts thats not working anymore. Id get so pumped and just rock it out I need a new motivator or something to get out of this funk any ideas anyone????????
