Dang it!

My dang belly button is popping out!!!!! It’s been working it’s way out for a while now. It’s just the top part & hasn’t been to bad, I’ve only not been able to do reverse crunches (which I love). Wed. after eating dinner it was burning & itching and is sticking out more.
Does anyone know an aprox. lay up time for a repair job?
I’ve been doing so good & just changed up my workouts and I’m on a mission. I hate to have to start over again. We all know how fast it melts away.

I’ll be making an appt. as soon as I can.  This thing is starting to hurt :(

I’ve got an appt. on Fri.

New workouts

Well the new shorter routines with more weights seem to be working.  I feel a lot different anyway.  I’m not nearly as exhausted as I was with my 2hr. workouts.  My muscles feel a lot more pumped though. 
I got the new bulk BCAA’s only this time I had them mix in some Arginine.  OMG!  I thought it was bad before.  Now it’s just too gross to down without gagging.  I had to order a capsule machine & some capsules.
There is no way I could spoon & chase this stuff.  I’ll post my experience with the machine once I get it & give it a shot.

Where I’m at now.

I think I’ve been over doing it.  I’ve been working out for at least 2 hrs so I’m going to shorten it up and stack on the weights.  I took a pic to compare to in a couple months to see if the shorter-to the point workouts will get me moving forward.  I also ordered some more BCAA’s and some Micronized Creatine so I hope I’ll start seeing some gains.   I know, I know, the CEE is supposed to be better but I tried it for a while and it was killing my kidneys so I had to stop.  The Micro I’ve used before was fine so I’ll stick with that.
