Bad, Bad, Bad

Okay, so I haven’t written in a while and really fell off my plan!  I am still eating good, just not exercising!  I am really not motivated!  I haven’t weighed myself lately, but I will tomorrow morning and hope I am still seeing results!

I will post my findings, so be sure to check them out tomorrow!

So it’s been a while and I haven’t had much to write.  I fell off track cause I started a new job last Monday, but I am getting back on, and getting serious again!  I know I shouldn’t make excuses but it’s been a while since I worked steady!

Proud of Myself today

Cardio was really easy today, I could just keep running with no rest! (@ 5.5)  My body is too efficant and adapts too quickly!  You would think I was Borg or something! (For all the non-Star Trek Fans, that was suppose to be a joke!)  I am really proud of myself!

Week 4 Results Suck!

So, Thursdays are always my results day, and today I showed zero results.  Everything has stayed the same!  I feel stronger though, and I am finding it easier to do cardio, but that’s it!  I have cheated quite a bit on my diet this last week, so I think I am going to have to go Nazi again on my diet!

Staying on Track!

Well, I have been staying on track with my workouts but not so much with the diet!  I have a confession to make, I ate chocolate, and quite a bit too!  I couldn’t help myself, I was an animal!  Chocolate brings out the worst in me, cause after that I had cravings for pizza, double cheeseburgers, pizza with double cheeseburgers on top, Big Macs, I was ready to throw everything out the window!

Chocolate is crack, and I’m it’s whore!

To Shave or not to Shave?

Well, I have a question for everyone, I have some unwanted chest and back hair and was wondering what is the best way to get rid of it?  I had my wife (poor thing) shave my back before and it was not a good idea.  I am not super hairy but I want it gone.  Any advice would be great!

Well, I had a good workout but I am super crabby today and want to eat everything.  I am dying for a box of chocolates!  I want some deep fried honey garlic wings, some cheese toast and some of Boston Pizza’s cactus cut potatoes!  I won’t though cause I am so committed to my diet!

Results show Thursday!

So every Thursday is when I step on the scale, take measurements and update photos!  I am hoping to see great results, and I think I will!  I have been working very hard!

I guess we’ll see tomorrow if all this hard work is paying off!
