My suggestion is to eat 4-8 oz of protein with 1-3 servings of green veggies every three hours.  I would avoid all other carbs until you are close to goal weight.

Drink lots of water and avoid all calorie containing drinks.  I would also avoid diet drinks as the artificial sweeteners can cause problems with weight loss.

I would avoid stimulant weight loss products unless you hit a plateau or are trying to get those last few pounds off.  Having said that, I am enjoying Cytolean by Gaspari Nutrition.</description>
