Ok, I’ve been slacking for the past few months. I just came back from my vacation to Korea and I’m now super motivated to get in shape. Why? Well, the husband is in better shape than me, actually he’s super hot
, so I have to get hot too. Also, I’m turning 30 in July and I’m freaking out. So, I need to get moving and stop being lazy. I think I’m back on track now…

Jocie’s World Status= Content
Month two progress pics are up, Feb 10. I can see a lot of improvement on my upper body. I’m extremely happy with my arms, shoulders, and back. My abs need more work and my lower half needs a miracle. My hips are out of control!! This month I’m going to concentrate on my nutrition. I really need to learn how to eat right and somehow still eat all the Japanese food I want…lol

Jocie’s World Status= hurting.
My body is sore. I’ve been working out hard for the past two weeks. I do the elliptical for an hour four times a week and running twice a week. I’m trying to make it to spinning at least once a week, but it has been difficult. why? because spinning sucks! my butt hurts after spinning. Besides that, spinning takes me out of my comfort zone. Maybe it’s not a bad thing after all. I’ve done some lifting but not much. I’ve been eating alright; not dieting just watching my portions. I didn’t do too good this past weekend. Food has always been my problem, so I really need to concentrate on eating better.
So, far I’m enjoying the bodyspace experience. I really does motivates me. Let’s see if I can reach my goals by Feb 10th.

Welcome to me, to the world of bodyspace.
Well, I’ve been looking at this website for months now. I have to admit, I was a little intimidated by it. I finally have bodyspace account. Now, I’m ready to get in shape.
