Whaaaa! OMG! I am sitting here looking at photos of all these beautiful bodies so that I can motivate myself, and even that is not working today. I am soooooo sore. I literally want to cry at the thought of training today, but I want to cry even more at the thought of looking 10x’s worse five years (maybe even 1 or 2 years) from now. OK…I have to train now! Oh gosh I want to cry!

You are very beautiful….no need to cry….everyone has days when they just aren’t motivated. Just stay focused, and everything will work out fine.

I know my initial workouts were very difficult because they were the first ones after years of inactivity, and I got a huge amount of lactic acid buildup that made me sore for days. Starting out slow and only getting close to your limits is key in the beginning, in my opinion. Concentrate on form then ramp up. You can do it, good luck!

I hear ya. The first couple weeks for me were hard too. I tried to stretch a little everyday and drink lots of water. That seemed to help a bit. With every pound lost it gets a little easier. Keep up the good work!
