Here we go again
Well what can I say? I hit 220, 10lbs heavier than last years off season weight…will it make a difference? Only time will tell…started dieting about 4 weeks ago…my trainer has me doing a slower, longer diet…I agree that it seems the best way when you’re trying to do it naturally…all that intense cardio, and no carbs leaves me flat as a pancake every time, plus I lose soooo much size…I hope everything goes according to plan…if it does…I’ll beat the "last version of myself"and that’s enough to make me happy:)

Lol I love the "flat as a pancake" line. I agree though; I don’t think that, being natural, you have to go to the extremes as those who aren’t because you’re not holding as much fat or water as you would be if you were using AAS. At least that’s how I feel.
