The First rule of Gym!

Well guys… as being a novice goes… I’m there with the best of them. I’ve been to gyms before - I’ve lost weight and gained it back, run myself to death, pose’n by the mirror but never really taken it as seriously as I do now. I can feel myself itching to get down there now after already having done a heavy chest session earlier… It’s an unusual feeling but I almost feel taken over. The only word at the minute that sums it up empowered!!!

 

However the most annoying thing once you’ve built all this up inside… The enthusiasm when you burst through the gym doors, gritting your teeth to power out the first set, craving that first pump…………… some one has pinched all the weights you need to use and is sat with them! Idle, chating, sitting on the bench you need to use with the weights he doesn’t. It’s the most infuriating thing I’ve ever come accross! 700 years past I’d be in my right to drop kick him in the chest, take his wallet and help myself to his wife… This isn’t on. We deserve justice!

First rule of gym, the weights you use go back!

Second rule… YOU PUT THE WEIGHTS YOU USE BACK!

third rule.. don’t turn up naked to gym.
