Friday, January 19th, 2007Man today felt so great!
I hadn’t been in tha gym since……hell i cant remember, i wanna say either last friday or saturday! I know, i hate weeks like this:( ma stomach had been trippin from mon-wed, acting really weird, felt sick at home and work, and it kept me tired all tha time so i skipped the gym. Today i was waaay overdue for lifting!
I worked on back today. It felt great. I did Lat Pulldown in tha front 4 sets. Rear 3 sets. Used the…umm i guess neutral grip bar, i got it from tha seated row (pulley) machine. Did 4 sets of that. Then i did 4 sets of seated rows, 3 sets of Arnold Presses, and i finished off doin a back machine. Basically a row machine but it has tha handles setup for reverse, pronated, and neutral grip, did a total of 6 sets wit that. After that i went and did cardio for 10 minutes. I started off on tha treadmill wit tha angle/height at 11.0 stayed there for about 2:30 and after that, every minute that went by, i let it down one degree. By that time i was pretty dam winded and unfortunately i had to leave (had to be at work by 4 and it was 3:10). Ma back and front delts are pretty dam sore right now. It feels great! If i had more time, i would’ve done my entire back, front/medial/lateral delts and ma traps. Im kinda lost as to what i want to do tommorow since i dont have to work. I’m so excited!:) i have all tha time in tha world to lift, i HATE being rushed, when i say being rushed, i mean having to run through shit quick and look at tha clock every 5 minutes to make sure i leave in time to go to work. **** work, i wish i could lift all day everyday,lol.
It felt good to have eyes watching me, i was rockin this bright ass orange under armour compression shirt, and ma bi’s and ma back felt so swolen, it was great! and for any of you thinkin "o god he wears under armour"……u just shut up! so wat if i like it! lol. Tha part outside the gym gets frustrating sometimes though……
I gotta eat…..winter time u load up and bulk up so when it gets hot u can cut down right? well hell…..sometimes i jus aint hungry dammit,lol. I gotta go find me some meal replacement or jus protein bars. Cuz i’ll be hungry and ill look around ma pantry or fridge and be like "……………dam…." nuthin towards ma cause,lol hopefully i’ll get up to 240. I know i prolly shouldnt be doin TOO much cardio since im bulkin but 10 minutes isnt THAT much is it? i dunno…..but im jus happy i was able to go to tha gym today cuz i was suffering from withdrawals forreal! happy lifting:)
