So a few days ago I wrote about how I had to ween off of my Gaspari Stack temporarily (OOOO SO SAD lol). Well now im sitting back wondering "well what the hell should i do now??" Well recently I Started taking Cytolean. What i do like about it is that they’re no jitters and I dont crash or anything like that. But at the same time i havent noticed a difference in ma body, im thinkin maybe i should give it a week or somethin? im not sure. But one thing is true about that pill, when they say curb yur appetite, they mean CURB IT! lol. Normally if i go more that 3-5 hours without any MEAL, i start feelin sorta sick, and ma body tells me in many ways "hey…u…yea u!…..put somethin in me foo!" haha BUt while on this? please….i remember i ate at 4pm and had nothin but water until about 715 or 730 and ma body wasnt phased forreal at all, i knew i was a LITTLE hungry, but it was nothin major. But i say all that to say this…..I’ve been thinking………(I’m prolly gonna hate myself later for this)…….. but im thinking……of trying……..muscletech (LOL!)
In order to understand why i feel like a punk u must know, i am NOT one for "popular" or "overly advertised" things. I do NOT have an ipod, i do NOT own ANY nike’s especially Air Force One’s, i do NOT carry a gallon jug of water with me ANYWHERE, I despise, and i mean DESPISE ANYTHING that comes out of Hollister, Abercrombie, AND Aeropostale, etc. So why do I hate Muscletech u ask? here’s why:
Muscletech, u son’s of bitches (lol), why do you pour all your money into these retarted ass, far-fetched magazine spreads and advertisements???? I hate you, and I always have. Yur nitric oxide product? Feel the effects in 9 seconds? 9 SECONDS? U can’t draw a pint of blood in 9 seconds, Yur average car can’t run the 1/4mile in 9 seconds…Hell I cant even make toast in 9 seconds. It would take me longer to cuss out my mother, than to feel the effects of your N.O. pill? bite me u jerks (lol). Then yur NanoVaporx9? o wow you REFORMULATED yur bogus pill from before but now its a "psychoactive experience, naNO Vapor is scientifically formulated to immediately transform every single training session into an experience unlike anything before." Wow, u promise? lol bite me, "Go from zero to Jacked in 9 seconds!!!" kiss my ass lol. Oh and this new crap ANABOLIC HALO? Man give me a break!: "Team MUSCLETECH researchers used a sub-zero, -320 degree blast of liquid nitrogen to thermomolecularly enhance one of the most anabolic compounds on the planet!" and then they show a picture of Darrem Charles hanging in a vat of ice? Their ads are so cheasy, i do not want to be a part of the hype, so why would i consider using their crap? well……..everyone i’ve asked said it works, and then ill be damned if i didnt buy their Nitro-tech jus to say "watch, ima eat this s***, and i wont gain their suggested 8 pounds of muscle in 14 days, hahhaa." Man I gained 6 pounds in 4 days LOL. So i found out thru my own personal experiment that yes, their s*** does work:) But they are so expensive!!!
I do not want to fund their god awful advertisements lol. Do I dare STACK their products? lol. Nitrotech, celltech, and god forbid……NANOVAPORx9?!?! lol. Screw that cuz im on Cytolean, if i stack those 3…shii…between the protein and the creatine thats almost 90 dollars right there. Suck on one and choke MuscleTech, I’m STILL not trying your overhyped garbage! I’m gonna use ma 2 "2nd string" proteins (MRM and ABB ‘Pure Pro’) and just hold out til i get back on gaspari since i no longer and refuse to hang on the nuts of BSN. ESPECIALLY since they blew up and are now OVERHYPED. I wont say the name of their new ‘phenom’ but…..we’ve all seen u workout down here in Atlanta, i wont burst anyones bubble, but its pretty obvious what you ARE taking, and uhh….it aint "TRUEMASS" hahahah. But u are a giant, dont get me wrong lol.
So should I try Anabolic OD? NOS? REDLINE? or maybe go back to the basics and jus get some good ol GNC Preworkout Nitric Oxide Booster? lol. Yea maybe ill jus get somethin cheap by GNC and go back to where it all started:) I do know that I dont wanna leave gaspari, but i do need to cycle off……God i dont wanna get any muscletech products, but I do notice the difference in this protein, but muscletechs bread and butter Ingredient is freakin creatine, and thats the only thing special about their protein, it got 2.2 grams of CREATINE in the PROTEIN! lol. Creatine Mono that is. I’m a fan myself of the Creatine Ethyl Ester and the Creatine Gluconate (thank u gaspari:) hahah. So do i stop this cytolean so i can use a preworkout stimulant? or do i stay on the cytolean and jus find a new protein and postworkout concoction? I’ll have my mind made up by Saturday. Superpump, SizeOn, INtrapro, i will miss you LOL goodnite everybody:)

As much as I hate to say it, it is time for me to cycle off his products:( and they taste so dam GOOD! lol. I hate it, but I’ve been usin it since hmm…….end of December/begginning of January. So its time for me to cycle off. This will be my last week on Intrapro (their protein), Superpump250 (their pre-workout), and SizeOn (their post workout). As a triple stack they kick a lot of ass I must say. With the right diet and exercises and using these supps the right way you will see your body change quickly. So i guess the norm is what….20 to 30 days off? well….I was thinking, maybe I should go back to BSN????……..naaaah, not after their recent crap involving NO EXPLODE, shutting down factories and having to use new ingredients and crap lol. Although that Syntha-6 is delicious…but will SHOOT you to the bathroom lol.
I don’t know what I’m going to use in the meanwhile, but if I use anything else I know it shouldn’t have the same ingredients as what I’m using now because my body is already used to that stuff:( sooo……as far as pre/post workout, im kinda stuck. I don’t know what I should use lol. I have some cell mass left over, but that leaves me without a preworkout drink; and I HAVE to have a preworkout drink, its become such a habit to have one lol. Maybe I’ll give that redline stuff a try….OR…maybe I’ll try that Cytolean by Gaspari (their fatburner). Hmm…..Lots to think about, but I have 4 days left on Gaspari, and I’m gonna make the most of it! Until April Gaspari Nutrition! see you then! hehe

2 weeks through (august 23rd will be a complete 3 weeks) and so far so good. The definition is startin to show clearly. I know it will only get better as i increase my gym visits this week (last week i think i went only twice or 3 times). The only thing that gets me is the timing that they suggest you take it. Other than that, its a prettydecent product. Im currently at 232. I’m going to up the cardio and the intensity of the workouts and we’ll see where we get:)

Well well well…NOW you wanna show yourself…..yea…you insulent lil whelp! You led me astray….you sold me a dream! for MONTHS, almost a YEAR i saw pictures of you. All the promotions, the hear-say, the speculation, HA! nothing more than frivolous BANTER. For months you tease me, playing with my emotions, preying on my vulnerability for the fact that my loyalty to BSN would NEVER be compromised……..until 2 months ago.
I left you and your family because of u! you! YOU! cursed ATRO-PHEX! I have the VERY first issue of M&F that I EVER saw you in, and guess what? its dated back to the early fall of 06! "Coming soon." Coming soon? COMING SOON? It is obvious my friend (BSN) that you and I differ in the spectrum in which we view "SPEED." So you mean to tell me that COMING SOON means anytime between september and f*****n August?? 11 months…….11 months for you to release this product. I loved BSN, all the free publicity i gave people "i trust nothing but syntha-6," "Nothing tastes better than a BSN product," "NO EXPLODE, CELL MASS, and Syntha-6 is the best stack EVER!" I now speak lowly of you, as if u were a contemptable little shrew. I talk down about you as if i were astute royalty and you were nothing more than a harvey. A witless little concubine who’s status would never pass that of a lowly nave. I was fed up with you lying degenerates, so what did I do? I swiched to Gaspari Nutrition.
Gaspari Nutrition…..is the real deal. SuperPump250 and SizeOn replaced my N.O. Explode and Cell Mass. Only problem is I would still like to lose weight, so after being on that stack consistently for a week guess what? i EASILY and i mean EASILY gained 5 or 6 pounds. It tastes pretty good and I know it works….so I’m saving it for the winter. Now here’s where the problem lies……you feeble….worthless….corporate america following, lying, dream selling, bastards want to release it NOW. NOW of all times after i pledged my loyalty to Gaspari…..and it works….and tastes ALMOST as good as your products……So what did I do?……….I turned my back on Gaspari to come back to you. Yes i did. For that month and a half your products that i had left over (syntha and cell mass) were in my pantry collecting DUST i tell you. DUST. I turned my back on u because thats what you did to me……
If it wasn’t for me coming to bodyspace.com one day just to see who was in the top popular people, i would have NEVER scrolled across someone elses blog saying how there were few people who already had Atro-Phex. Once I read that, my entire mood changed. "Could it be! COULD IT BE! what i have waited for….yourned for, for so long….is it finally here!?" I heard rumors about it only being available online. Well I lucked out. GNC? they didnt have it. Good Nutrition? they didnt have, never even heard of it either. But good ol, Supplement Depot….they had it. To actually see the box…..to see the words ATRO-PHEX and it NOT being a spread in a magazine……it was emotional. You made me wait so long….as if you were my partner, and i was supposed to be your first. Days, months, hours, minutes, u made me wait…..but now your here….and your mine!!
Today (sunday) is Day 4 with A.P. by my side…..from 240lbs. on thursday, to 234lbs. today…..thats 6 pounds i’ve lost so far. Trust in you? not wholely. You are but slowly GAINING my trust, since your company wanted to disrespect me and use my loyalty for weakness. Who knows when I’ll recover…if I EVER recover.
I’d formally like to welcome Syntha 6 and Cell Mass back into my life, and for me PERSONALLY, ATRO-PHEX is working GREAT. Consider this being positive feedback:) no twitches or shakes or anything. Start off 1 pill twice a day, and as you gain tolerance you can go up to 4 pills twice a day. Today is my first day taking 2 (when your SUPPOSED to start seeing results) so we’ll see what happens.
As for you ne’er-do-wells at BSN corporate, who placed all those ads, printed all those spreads, who emailed me and LIED through your germ ridden teeth…..I have no words for you…..

I didn’t think it would be this hard…. I didn’t know it would hurt this bad. My nagging injury, which doesnt even hurt that bad, but its nagging. I’ve sat out for 8 days now, and I feel like a bloated, depressed, pregnant woman (thats what ma dad called me LOL). I’ve been cutting, so its been way easier for me to eat better because I’m not coming home from the gym wanting to eat out the pantry. I haven’t checked the scale but I KNOW I lost weight because I feel different. I am depressed, I feel like I havent been in the gym for weeks, and it’s only been 8 days. Even my co-workers have noticed, "you don’t seem like yourself" and that’s because I’ve been restricted from my safe haven for 1-2 weeks quote the doctor, who also said sneering "you haven’t been here in awhile…..actually…it says the last time you came here was…(strained neck) haha a gym injury??" Yes its true lol. But today I’m going to the gym….only doing abs tho and cardio, but I have to go…..the look….the smell….the environment…my body is fiening to get back to the iron! I haven’t gone this long without a pump since I started weightlifting. But for now I’m going to eat and then off to do abs..

Man what an adventure! This cutting thing is challenging, but even so I’ve lost 8-9 lbs. (its been fluctuating as of late,lol). I started at 242, back on February 15th. Now I weigh 234. I have to do cardio more often, but when I’m on it, I’m on it good! I have all this health food its ridiculous lol. Thanks to last months issue of Muscle and Fitness (nutrition special) I have made a foundation to start my healthy consumption:) I find myself eating 100% Whole Grain Bagels, Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, wild rice, brown rice, organic milk, Tropican Orange Juice with Omega-3, (my own decision) Slim Fast High Protein Bars(15g of protein), and (my own decision) Nitro-Tech Meal replacement bars (30g of protein).
I have gotten stronger and I’m starting to notice a little more definition. The biggest difference I can see so far is that my stomach has flattened up a litte, you know, lost a little bit of "girth" haha. I know what I need to do, and that’s cardio, it just needs to be more of it. I’m going to start working on that this upcoming week. I’m feeling better and getting stronger. I’m glad I proved myself WRONG, because I was under the impression that if you lose a lot of weight your going to lose a lot of muscle…..wrong. Or if its right I’m just a lucky guy:)
I’d like to give a HUUUUUUGE thank you to everyone on Bodyspace. I’m glad I gave this site a chance. I had read about it so many times (ads in fitness magazines), but never thought to actually get on it. But once I REALLY looked at it to see what it was about, I thought it was a great idea. An online community of fitness enthusiasts who can give enthusiasm and encourage other to achieve their goals. Thank you everyone and thank you mom for dealing with my food/supps all over the kitchen/pantry. LOL:) Happy Lifting people

Man, this cutting thing is hard,lol. Its not that hard, but it gets frustrating at times. I feel good tho, knowing that i’m eating such healthy food. 100% whole wheat bread/bagels, heart healthy cereal, graps, cottage cheese, and i’ve consumed so much chicken in tha past 5 days it has practicly no taste anymore,lol. The daily grams of fat are shrinking and the grams of protein are staying steady. Now all I have to do is start upping my cardio and I think I’ll be ok so far I’m down to 236 and I haven’t lost any strength. I’m squatting the same, curling the same, benching the same, all that. I haven’t been to the gym that often because of the fact I’ve focused so hard on tha nutrition part. But since they say Nutrition is 2/3 the battle, now that I have it down, im gunna shift my focus to the gym now. I remember on day 2, my body hadn’t adjusted to having so much protein in it, and i was wired til like…..3am,lol. I was almost scared for a minute,lol. Have you ever ate cottage cheese?……man……it tastes like……..well nothing,lol. Its definitely going to be an adventure, but I’m ready!

There comes a time in a man’s life where the decision of a lifetime must be made! Me myself being a purveyor of excellence, have constantly had this topic on my mind for the past 3 weeks. IT being a difficult subject matter, I alone have sat and attempted to conjure a solution, or the "right decision" to this and I believe the answer has been found. Using the word commonly found in this action is often misconstrued as being "bad" or "sounding offensive," when its simply an action. With that being said….I’m ponderous as to when I will begin…….."cutting."

That’s right! that hard decision i’ve been trying to make is WHEN will i start cutting. U know, u sit back and tell yourself "hey, lets start in february! that way when march gets here it’ll be warm and you’ll already be lean and u will have already lost 15-20 pounds!" But then u find yourself in a moral dilemma because you tell yourself this everyday up until monday, and then u look at your fone and on monday it says January 29, and you think "……….dammit.." LOL because february is mere hours away, and now that I’m typing this, its here! and its not like i can just START cutting, theres preparation involved! (at least for me anyway). My mindset isn’t all the way there yet AND i don’t have the food yet,lol. Proper food needs to be involved to make it work…and i’m lacking in BOTH departments. Hopefully i will come to a decision shortly. I’ve been bulkin and im gettin tired of jus eatin,lol. try to steadily eat gets hard sometime but i had originally gotten up to 240, but i stay a steady 239, hell 1 pound wont kill me,lol. Upping cardio will be an adventure,lol but im ready for tha challenge, and dammit i accept tha challenge!
I’ve come too dam far to jus sit back and be lazy. Sitting back and being lazy is why i was fat in tha first place. I’m NOT going back to that again, i frickin refuse! So i readily look forward to my bout with cardio. I’m thinking 20-30 hardcore minutes on tha tread, then to finish it with 10-15 minutes in tha sauna, OR at LEAST an hours worth of basketball. OR do a mile. I plan on upping ma cardio to 3-4 times a week, cuz its less than that now. So i’ll SLOWLY move into increasing my time and the allotted times per week for it. Bulking i have accomplished, I WELCOME YOU "CUTTING" DO YOUR WORST! hahahaha
I have decided that I will start either on or the day after valentine’s Day. What better day to love someone than yourself eh? u only get ONE body, so you might as well love it,lol

Man today felt so great!
I hadn’t been in tha gym since……hell i cant remember, i wanna say either last friday or saturday! I know, i hate weeks like this:( ma stomach had been trippin from mon-wed, acting really weird, felt sick at home and work, and it kept me tired all tha time so i skipped the gym. Today i was waaay overdue for lifting!
I worked on back today. It felt great. I did Lat Pulldown in tha front 4 sets. Rear 3 sets. Used the…umm i guess neutral grip bar, i got it from tha seated row (pulley) machine. Did 4 sets of that. Then i did 4 sets of seated rows, 3 sets of Arnold Presses, and i finished off doin a back machine. Basically a row machine but it has tha handles setup for reverse, pronated, and neutral grip, did a total of 6 sets wit that. After that i went and did cardio for 10 minutes. I started off on tha treadmill wit tha angle/height at 11.0 stayed there for about 2:30 and after that, every minute that went by, i let it down one degree. By that time i was pretty dam winded and unfortunately i had to leave (had to be at work by 4 and it was 3:10). Ma back and front delts are pretty dam sore right now. It feels great! If i had more time, i would’ve done my entire back, front/medial/lateral delts and ma traps. Im kinda lost as to what i want to do tommorow since i dont have to work. I’m so excited!:) i have all tha time in tha world to lift, i HATE being rushed, when i say being rushed, i mean having to run through shit quick and look at tha clock every 5 minutes to make sure i leave in time to go to work. **** work, i wish i could lift all day everyday,lol.
It felt good to have eyes watching me, i was rockin this bright ass orange under armour compression shirt, and ma bi’s and ma back felt so swolen, it was great! and for any of you thinkin "o god he wears under armour"……u just shut up! so wat if i like it! lol. Tha part outside the gym gets frustrating sometimes though……
I gotta eat…..winter time u load up and bulk up so when it gets hot u can cut down right? well hell…..sometimes i jus aint hungry dammit,lol. I gotta go find me some meal replacement or jus protein bars. Cuz i’ll be hungry and ill look around ma pantry or fridge and be like "……………dam…." nuthin towards ma cause,lol hopefully i’ll get up to 240. I know i prolly shouldnt be doin TOO much cardio since im bulkin but 10 minutes isnt THAT much is it? i dunno…..but im jus happy i was able to go to tha gym today cuz i was suffering from withdrawals forreal! happy lifting:)
