I just got a package of supplements in the mail yesterday and for some reason I’m either obsessed with this lifestyle or just completely excited to get started with a new routine…
I woke up at 3am, 4am, and 5am this morning and my first thought was "is it time to take my supps??"
So at 5am I took my supps, layed in bed til 530am and some how got the amazing idea to just randomly go workout at 630am (which i haven’t done in about 6months) so obviously I’m very excited… plus with being up this early I can pull my two-a-day routine and dont have to pull a full body workout in an hour and a half…
I LOOOOVE THIS FEELING!!!! I’m like a kid in a candy store… but thats a horrible analogy… i’m more like myself walking through a Supplemental store with no limit…NOTHING BUT SMILES AND DREAM OF THINGS TO COME!!!!
DO WORK KIDS!!!
Thanks for rolling through.

Hunting season has begun for me because I have gauranteed to myself that killing every weight I can, no matter its rack size, will be done and nothing can truly stop be except stupidity.
This also marks the beginning of a new school semester and since the gym is packed with people who like to stand around and talk, i will be pressed for time…. so let the circuit training begin.
Let’s do this.

So I started my bulking "project" about two weeks ago, I’m put on about 5lbs and raised my bench substancially… I estimated myself at 250lbs but I got 270lbs off my chest no prob, next, 285(the weight I finished 11th grade with 5 years ago) so my second ‘weak point’ is being focused on and developed
My MAIN weakness is my leg because I had an ACL reconstruct in ‘03 and never really worked on strengthening it, just maintaining… well now I’ve calf raising around 350lbs at 20 reps and Box squating 275 around 6 times, which isnt too bad considering I was only repping 185 and 135 twelve- fifteen times on regular squats and now I’m getting 205 around 10 times… Still want to devlop and want to be squatting 225 for 3 sets at 10 reps… slowly but surely my friends.
Oh and the ABS!!!!, they are showing more and more but the camera isnt friendly and the "muffin tops" are next to nothing and its got me smiling

Every morning I wake up hungrier than the last.
But this hunger does not subside in the presence of food.
My hunger is fueled by a desire to demolish plateaus.
I’m too excited to sleep at night because of what I know will be done the following morning.
This hunger seems to take over my life for two hours a day as I feast on plate after plate at the iron buffet.
Everytime I leave the gym, satisfied and fullfilled but still craving more.
Is there anyway to free me of this hunger?!
I HOPE NOT!
The desire, passion and drive I feel with this hunger is as beautiful as the seven wonders of the world… and now…. I hunger to be the 8th.

weight loss hasn’t really come my way, the way i’ve been working in the gym seems like all my fat is just being burned and converted.
these ANIMAL CUTS have really helped with lowering the midsection my abs slowly poke through more and more everyday pending how strict with my diet i am that day, but i just get tired of feeling hungry so caloric intake has to be boosted.
My recent BF% showed 13.6 on a hand held mechanism… which is about 3% off after I did my skin fold test… my skinfold test gave me a total of 10.7% and from what i’ve heard that is more accurate and if it is then i’m already at my goal of 10%BF so now I want 8%, that means stricter diet and less fun with friends eating out.
I’ll keep everyone informed….

Wellllll, Schools in and that means the money is out… I have some of the easiest most informative classes in my school careeer thus far and there’s only one thing driving me crazy… the 500$ in books I’ll need just to keep grades in these classes… this total only means that I wont beable to purchase the supplements that I desire and this is upsetting. Maybe I’ll find a sugar momma willing to hook it upbut until then we’ll see what happens.
well back to class my friends… have good one and i’ll keep you updated.

So last night was my first date with desire… and she was a tough cookie. I knew that I was getting into something that wouls make me think on my toes but I never knew how strategic MMA was until last night.
Yes the sport involves alot of violent hitting but thats not what my instructor focuses on. His philosophy seems to be more focused on take-downs and grappling first because anyone can hit but not every knows how to stay on their feet or how to break a hold.
I walked out of training with new mindset and a new spark lighten under my butt. Now that I’ve gotten myself into something I’ve dreamed of since 2004 I feel more motivated than ever to strive to reach my goals. Even if I don’t make it to toughman this year, there are still more competitive, non-BOXING, MMA style fights that will alow me to compete with other who actually know what they are doing….
The REALITY CHECK came in loud and clear so I’m taking this one to the bank!

Yesterday was my first attempt at the infamous "300" Spartan workout and I must say… Yeah you’re supposed to do 300 different reps but unless you get the hint that you should start at a moderate amount of reps (150) and progress to the skill of a spartan (300) then you will possibly injure yourself. And we all know injuries end up feeling like all that hard work in the gym was a waste of time. so keep it smart people and don’t overdue your workouts without moderate conditioning.
