1st Week on Steve’s Plan
I have received a lot of questions in reference to Steve’s plan and how it is working for me. Before I purchased his plan, I also followed the progress of others using his plan. What I realized this past week is that his plan is excellent, especially for those looking to lose fat and build serious muscle. The most important thing for me has been Preparation. Steve is wonderful at answering all my crazy questions and giving me encouragement when I slipped up; but the responsibility of success is on me, period. It was hard eating cold chicken on the road a couple of times, but that is the commitment I have made to myself, my family, and all my Bodyspace friends who are rooting for my success in this. The key to the plan, as I see it, is planning and following the program as it is designed specifically towards your goals. So I am having alot of fun managing this crazy new system of eating and working out and loving every minute of it! This is just what I was looking for and can’t wait to start phase two!!
