Build Muscle Lose Lots of Fat
Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009I haven’t posted in a while, but I have been hitting the gym HARD for a month straight. Thanks to pictures from my trip to Cozumel, I took one look at that FAT lady looking back at me and ran to the gym. I have been doing cardio 7 days a week, and two a days 4 times a week. I have been lifting 5 days a week, I try to stick with one to two body parts a day, I do Back/bi’s, Legs, Chest/tri’s, then a second day of legs with a focus on hamstrings, the fifth day I do some calves and cardio. I have had this dream of bodybuilding or having the "look" of a bodybuilder for so long that I am determined to make it happen; and the only way it will is by maintaining my focus and not giving up, EVER! My diet is really strict right now, I have six small meals and three are shakes, once a week I allow myself to have a lunch or dinner, whichever one I crave. My goal is to lose another 20 pounds, build some quality muscle and then go full clean eating and only have shakes once or twice a day if necessary. It is a very tough little game to get the mix right, but I have nothing but time to make it work!!
