My Training is Back!!
Tuesday, April 29th, 2008I finally had a Hardcore workout for the first time in two months, I was soooo happy to torture my muscles! I did feel the weakness I have developed over time and am happy to start working on my goals as of yesterday. I’m looking at 30% percent body fat and 164 pounds. The good thing is my trainer and his partner are seriously foucused on getting their bodies ripped right now so I get to see and learn by the techniques they are using for themselves and we will together try to perfect it for my body. I am working toward going down to 18-20% percent body fat, I still want some cushion
and going down to about 135 or 140 depending on how I feel at 140 I may want to stay or continue to go down, but no lower than 135……I want some serious arm and leg muscles. The nutrition part is where my trainer and I are disagreeing so we are working on that; he wants me to eat more real food, but I have gotten used to the medical weight loss products and am sooo comfortable with the protein shakes and bars, that I am afraid of incorporating more whole foods……but he is the boss so I will have to give in!!!
So, my goal is to have a Giants Sexy Photo Shoot for my husband for our anniversary on June 24, that is his team, and I know he would love it if I would take some pics in the gear………Wish me Luck and please provide guidance!!!!!
