Almost cleared for takeoff!!
I went to see my doctor and he told me that I can start doing some light working out on the treadmill and some light weights. I never knew how much working out was a part of my life. Since my surgery I haven’t exercised in four weeks and I mourned the loss of that feeling; that undescribable good, energetic, just yummy happiness that you have after a good workout. It is going to be worth it in the long run, because I am now able to have a smooth belly again after having two children by c-section (pics coming). I am even thinking about competing in a figure competition something I could have never considered because of the condition of my tummy. I don’t want to get ahead of myself because I want to jump in the gym head first and just do everything, but I know that i have to go SLOW and take it one day at a time to see if my body can handle the workout. Either way I can’t wait to cleary see defined muscles on my body and live my dream of Looking like a person who works out instead of looking like a person who just started………..
