When Losing Weight, Cardio or Weights??
Friday, February 8th, 2008Okay I’m in full swing of things and have accomplished so much in a short period of time. I am going to see my trainer today, but I have a question for him since I’m still 26 or so pounds away from my goal should I still do mostly cardio or can I do my full bodybuilding workout like I really want to do?????
My one goal is to look like a person who works out, I have been in the gym for sooo long, but if you passed my on the street you can never tell. I want to have a RIPPED PHYSIQUE in 2008!! So I want to make sure I approach this correctly, any ideas?
