Training at night
I hate working out at night!! I missed last wednesday’s workout, knowing I’d have a chance to make it up on friday or sat. then I realized saturday’s Valentines…i.e if I take off to go to the gym I’m in shit for at least a day. In everybody’s best interest I went tonight. Every time I workout at night I feel sick to my stomach or my head starts to spin..I ate a protein bar and an apple about an hour before so it’s not a lack of food or whatever.. anyways I pushed through it, feeling like I’d black out twice during squats, and felt good about finishing the entire routine.
I start onto my new split on sunday I’m looking forward to it, I’ve been doing full body this week and absolutely hate it!! That’s the end of my pointless post
