Results…. (lacking)

This is pretty disappointing, It’s been about a year since I joined BS and started tracking my progress… I ‘ve added about two inches to my upper leg, gained 5 lbs. (I’m guessing about 2lbs. of which is fat), and added  a whopping .2 of an inch to my arms… this is ridiculous!!! in a year!!!??? WTF am I doing wrong? I don’t mess up my workouts or nutrition that often… I’m not expecting to be huge but man…..

    You must be a hardgainer. It’s going to be difficult for you to put on size and stay lean at the same time. Try not to stress about it, all you can do is eat more good food and lift heavy. I think yr doing great and you look great, keep up the good work.

    Thanks for the compliment and encouragement, I’m just ranting. I do feel stronger and thicker, just overall size is lacking…
