Gettin’ things back in order!!

After getting a bit of the "run-around" by people (receptionists, etc.) at school I got in touch with a super cool guy, who helped me re-arrange my schedule; Therefore I finally got to get my new routine laid out today! sadly I’ll still only be on a three day a week schedule, trying to fit  cardio in on a fourth when I can. This is the final semester so I’m expecting to have a pretty heavy workload this time around. My Split is going to be:

Sunday: back/reardelts/traps, Monday: Legs, Wednesday: Arms/delts/chest

I know the Wednesday looks pretty heavy but I’ll probably only be doing 3-4 sets for chest (Inc. db press.) I feel the size of my chest highlights (in a bad way) my lagging arms so have decided to just leave it alone for a bit, hopefully this will allow for a more even chest to upper arm ratio. Originally I was going to start a "diet" phase from now untill June, but felt I’d lose too much of the little muscle I’ve gained during my bulk, I’ve opted to keep at a moderate level of cals. 2400-2800, split over 5-6 meals, my protein intake is pretty good @ 1-2 g per lb. and am trying to watch my carb intake, without cutting them completely. I think this will keep my muscle’s full, maybe even growing a bit, and keep fat gain to a minimum, maybe losing a bit, I’ll probably try an actual "cut" around mid april. I think this will work out pretty good for me this time around…Lets get some abs this year dammit!!!
