A week of rest
I’ve decided, to take a week of rest before starting phase three of my tri-phase. I’ve been tied down, time wise because of it being the last week of school(lots of tests, etc.) and have missed a couple workouts because of it, I have been feeling really drained from studying. And so decided Instead of beating myself up about a missed workout I’ll let my body rest a bit and come back fresh and ready to give it my all in the gym.
Once I finish this tri-phase I’m going to start a clean bulk, I haven’t decided if I’ll just re-start the Tri-phase with heavier weights or maybe do a 5×5 plan for a bit, I don’t get my school schedule until the week before class starts (sept.2) so I’ll make my decision once I have that.
