max lifts/tri-phase training

I’ve decided to change up my program yet again. I was searching through BB.com and came across some articles by Derek Charlebois, I read a bit and saw the tri-phase training technique. I think it looks interesting and may shock my body a little, hopefully adding some muscle and cutting some of this fat I desperatly need to get rid of. I felt like I’ve lost alot of strength since begining to cut for summer( I’ve kinda been slacking on weight training and focusing on cardio.)Just for the sake of measure, I decided to do another max-rep day today, I wanted to see where I was at strength wise and was plesantly surprised( the stats are posted in the workout tracker) I’m actually about my average and stronger in some areas!!

I’m going to keep my cals. the same but just focus more on weight training again, but still making sure to add some good cardio sessions. I think I should see some more progress in the coming weeks ( I’ve plateaued at about 186-7 lbs.) I will start the program on this coming Sunday. I should post the results at the end of week one, and will add some progress pics later today.
