regression…
It seems every time I get about 3 weeks into a "diet" My body starts craving junk food and I am constantly hungry. I’ve continued eating the right cals. (2100-2200) in as close to a 40/40/20 ratio as possible, about every three hours, so that’s not changing anything, but almost as soon as I start to see progress, my body craves more food and I end up breaking down (see my last Blog). I don’t lift as heavy when I am cutting; lighter weight more reps. The only change is I try and increase my cardio which after about the 3 weeks also seems to stop working…..What am I doing wrong here??(other than my will-power failing, and going on a binge , of course
) should I increase my cals since I’m burning more during cardio? that doesn’t seem to make sense since I’m trying to burn the Cals. and obviously need to burn cals to burn fat…. Any ways, that my rant/Question….
