quick update
I’m back on track with my cut phase. I’m training with weights three days a week, and a seperate three days of cardio and Abs. My split is Day 1: Shoulders/Back, Day 2: Legs, Day 3:Bis/Tris/Chest. Nutrion wise I’m eating about 2100 cals per day in as close to a 40/40/20 ratio as I can, spaced out every three hours or so(5-6 meals.) Overall I’m feeling alot leaner and my stomach is tightening up quite a bit, though I’m still far from having abs showing.
