Blog Entry

My First Post,

 I am at the end of eight weeks of MusleTech’s Cell tech Hardcore, and on day four (of 30) of ADS Pronabolin. Over the winter I have been trying to gain muscle while not gaining too much fat ,and unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out nearly as planned.

My muscles have gotten a bit fuller but so has my stomach. I’m hoping its mostly water-weight from the creatine, but deep down I know I’m dreaming. I thought I would see better results in my arms, I cannot get them to grow!!!  For the next two weeks I am going to keep increasing my lifting weight in all areas and try to fill out my muscles as much as possible before cutting.

Starting March 3rd I will find a good resistance weight and increse reps as well as cardio. This is when I am going to start my cutting phase eventhough my arms didn’t grow much hopefully I can bring my gut down in order to have some sort of symetry. I dont want to be embarrassed going to the beach this year!!!

I will try to update every week or two, along with my progress pics

    Hey Jex why not try do some partials really push yourself past your pain threshold. The X-Rep books are great and I try and incorporate different items from their work into my own. Right now I am taking everything off except Arms. I am doing one day really Heavy and one day just huge volume of reps.

    Another thing to think about are you giving your body the right fuel to grow your muscles? What’s the protein/carb/fat ratio in the diet?
