raise my one rep max

I am now exactly one week from starting my cutting phase, and I am feeling really good about it! I feel like my stomach has came down quite bit already , it’s definitely the "tightest" (for a lack of better word)it has been in a few years.I have strated doing drop sets for most of my exercises this week ,starting today, and can feel the shock to my muscles already ,and I love it, I feel I’ll gain some good muscle doing this.

I’m feeling stronger as well,but the stats on my bodyspace charts are declining, it’s just ego I know, but I really thought there would be an increase. Anyways, I decided one day this week (most likely Saturday) I’m going to take the charts estimated 1 rep max number, decrease that by about 20% and see how many reps I can pump out. 1 set of each of the "main"  exercises.   

Any comments,opinions, etc. are always more than welcome

It’s day ten now of  taking ADS’ Pronabolin, not really sure if it’s really helping that much. My energy has increased quite a bit, but, I’m not sure if its from the supplement or from my increased determination. Either way I have been puttting in a lot better quality work at the gym, I’ve increased all my lifts by 5- 10 lbs each this week and am increasing my cardio before I start my cut phase in a little over a week. If I decide to keep taking a testosterone product I think  I’ll try a some sort of tribulus sup. for less than half of the price of Pronabolin.

I am feeling a lot heathier now that I’m watching my diet more closely, I can’t really see a change yet but I definetly feel  my stomach coming down in size. I’ll have to take some update pictures soon to compare.On a side note a just bought a blender and it’s makes taking protein sooo much more enjoyable!!

Any comments,opinions, etc. are always more than welcome 

p.s. if anyone has experience with fatburner supplements I am looking for "actual" reviews trying decide on one,if any, for my cut phase

My First Post,

 I am at the end of eight weeks of MusleTech’s Cell tech Hardcore, and on day four (of 30) of ADS Pronabolin. Over the winter I have been trying to gain muscle while not gaining too much fat ,and unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out nearly as planned.

My muscles have gotten a bit fuller but so has my stomach. I’m hoping its mostly water-weight from the creatine, but deep down I know I’m dreaming. I thought I would see better results in my arms, I cannot get them to grow!!!  For the next two weeks I am going to keep increasing my lifting weight in all areas and try to fill out my muscles as much as possible before cutting.

Starting March 3rd I will find a good resistance weight and increse reps as well as cardio. This is when I am going to start my cutting phase eventhough my arms didn’t grow much hopefully I can bring my gut down in order to have some sort of symetry. I dont want to be embarrassed going to the beach this year!!!

I will try to update every week or two, along with my progress pics
