"Lose another 30lbs(of fat hopefully:))and add some more definition, working on trying to get those abs to finally poke through. They still have quite a barrier in front of them, lol."

Chest upgrade

No I don’t mean implants. When I first started working out I had no chest strength whatsoever. I was struggeling with 95lbs. and then I got cocky and threw a pair of 45’s on an olympic bar (total wt. 135) and started benching that. Well, long story short I got a nice little tear in my right pec. Then I managed to dislocate my left shoulder while trying to go heavy on a dumbell pullover, with very bad form (I’m double-jointed which makes it even harder to do). Almost a year later I dislocated it again at work. So my bench and chest have been going nowhere. But thanks to a good trainer and some humility and intelligence I have slowly worked my way up to 215lb. bench and should reach 225 within the next 1-2 weeks. So for those people out there who are just starting. take it from someone who knows, when you go to the gym leave your ego at home, so what you can’t lift that much weight, being able to go heavy requires patience. Otherwise you can quite quickly injure yourself if you allow yourself to get cocky and act stupid. Train hard and most defienately train smart.
