starting off on the right foot ?

walked  from Fullerton  ‘el’ stop to work  about a mile  in 20 minutes

did  one flight of stairs   at home and  ate yogurt for snack tonight

notice  that we won’t talk about the  two cheese sticks and  two cookies ( choco chip)  we had at lunch time along with the chicken salad sandwich ….

dinner was a wee bit better  a baked potato  with  turkey and cheese

and we won’t talk about the three cans of Coke  if you noticed  the two  large  glasses of water and  ice i sipped on  tonight  durring work !

just avoid any type of official JUNK food and you’ll lose 5- 10lbs in weeks and add some exercise and watch you slim down a bit.

Once you know where your starting, your can work on improving the diet. Your going to do fine. Just be honest with yourself and record everything that enters your mouth. Then you can look back and say those cokes got to go so I can see the flag waving at the finishline.

Slowly ween yourself off those soda’s bro. They aren’t going to do you any good. Go diet then eventually go cold turkey. Drink more water beverages like Green Tea, you can even do some juices (the real Fruit low sugar ones).
Also switch that baked potato to a bakes sweet potato, its better for you carb wise. Refined Sugar is your enemy, even some as healthy as yogurt can be loaded with the stuff. Good luck
