You have come to the right place. People here are wonderful and so full of information. I would suggest that you keep records of what you eat and how you are phyiscally active and then we can make suggestions on how you can improve it.
There are logs for eating, supplements, and working out. Dare is right. You start there and people like us will help you move along. Just think of the outcome and what you will feel like when you are walking down the street, sitting in a restaurant or on the beach. It is good stuff!!! Good luck and let me know if I can help!!
im still a newbie to bodybuilding, but heres a tip that helped me eat more healthy. I knew that i wasnt going to be able to stop cold-turkey eating junk food, so every week i cut out 1 or 2 of the junk food products i was eating and replaced it with a healthier food. Like i stopped eating Skittles and Starburst and replaced it with real fruit. Next week, im gonna cut out soda and replace it with flavored water. Hope this helps, and good luck!
