So, im getting alil bit sick of having this excess body fat. Dont get me wrong, i love the size and strength that has come with it but to me its sorta defeats the purpose of working out. I was hardcore bulking for months and tho i am still trying to gain weight, ive been semi-unintentionally eating less than i had been. Soooo, what i think im gonna do is keep eating pretty high carbs w/o cardio until i hit above 185 (in the morning) and then start to cut down. My only fear is that when i lose all my excess BF, i will be under 180 which if you look at my profile you know i want to be above 180 before i leave for college. Looking on the bright side of this dilema, if i am under 180, i will be able to see if i can gain the rest of the weight while remaining below 10% BF. So this will be my little personal experiment to see how much weight i can gain without bulking. (also after i run out of True-Mass and Cell-Mass, i will not be taking any supplements except glutamine,multi-vitamin, amino acids, and protein because i want to have a natural, cheap, and realistic body….not a freak show body!) let me know what you think and if any of you need help with your plans!

HAHA, take a look at my new pics….def more fat than this summer (see progress pics), but its all going to plan. my back feels great after 2 days of lifting hard but smart and cant waiiiittt to get above 185 so i can start to see my new and improved abs!!!!

Ok, This is my first blog and i am currently in the process of gaining some serious weight. In the first 3 months since my soccer season ended, I gained around 19lbs going from a lean 161lbs to a not so lean 179lbs haha. I was getting stronger every single day and it was all going great until i got muscle spasms in my lower back. I fixed that and got back on track till I tweaked it again about a week ago. I have only been to the gym twice since and my back feels 90% better so I am returning today!!!!! I am about 175lbs now and I plan on bulking for another month or two and then I am going to lean down! I will be adding new pics tonight or tomorrow to show my progress and if you check me out in about 3 months i should be about 185lbs lean if it all works out the way i think it will!
