I have updated my goals and when I look at them myself on my profile, they aren’t showing current. They are showing my goals from June still! But if I go into edit mode, they show correct. Is it just when I look from my page on my profile or is it wrong to everyone’s view? The new goals that I set I am trying to hit by August 1st, so if someone could check and let me know I would appreciate it. I know I can just go into edit mode and look for myself (cause I forget things easily so I need to check often what I’m shooting for), but it’s all just frustrating to me. I hate malfunctions!!!

Not really a blog, but I had to write this down somewhere so I didn’t forget again. Just searched back through my emails and pic dates to figure out exactly when I had started my EFD. Start Date: 5-30-2009, so that means I’m coming up on 2 months and pics will be posted this weekend. I’m hoping to get some done before I eat anything for the day, but if that fails they will still be taken!
And PS to some of the guys on this site…When you look at a females profile and you see that they have a huge weight loss goal, don’t write them and say something stupid along the lines, I think you are fine the way you are or some guys like to have something to hold onto so don’t lose it all or whatever…just stop! We are not doing it for you, we are doing it for ourselves. Seriously, it pisses me off! And a lot of the other girls that are on this site too…THIS IS CALLED BODYBUILDING.COM! If you are lonely, maybe you should check out eharmony or one of the other dating sites. Now, I’m off to work! Have a great day everyone!!

Last time I weighed myself was before I went to Cedar Point. That’s when the scale said 188 which made me happy cause it’s 3 more lbs down! I haven’t weighed since I got back from Cedar Point. Yes, I cheated but I don’t think it was too awfully bad. I hit the gym really hard when I got back but was still a little slack on the cardio. Now I’m sick!!! I have a sinus infection or something respiratory going on and I’m miserable. Felt like I got hit by a truck and DOMS not making it feel any better! Plus its "TOM" time to boot! When I eat, the food taste like crap no matter what it is, so I haven’t hardly ate anything (if that’s any consolation, but also means that my metabolism isn’t running correctly!!!…grrr) I guess when it rains it pours kinda…but I am still working hard! I know I haven’t got any prog. pics up but I think that my love handles are almost gone WOOHOO! People at work are starting to call me "Slim" even though personally I have a long way to go! So when I am feeling better and can get atleast a good week of cardio in to make myself feel like I’ve played some catch up I am going to update measurements and do my best to get some pics up. I haven’t messed with my camera to try to figure out what wrong with it and of course I can’t find my USB for my phone! Just UGH! Have a good weekend everyone!

Ok, so I know that every one is different but I’m kinda freaking out about my post baby belly! My mom says that as long as I keep working out and doing my cardio and everything that because I’m young that my skin will tighten back up like it’s supposed to. I got stretch marks which I know aren’t going to go away but they’ve already faded and are appearing smaller (that makes me very happy!). But when the fat starts going away, I am just afraid that I am going to have all this loose skin!!! Any one have any tips, or anything to make my brain stop running 1,000,000 mph???

So I’m not a fan of grapefruit, but I’m determined to melt this fat away!!! But I’ve found that if I cut it up into small pieces, peeled of course, and get it really cold it’s not too bad. Did I mention that I am chewing very fast and nowhere near thoroughly and swallowing it. I figure as long as I get it past my mouth, it’s good! LMAO!!! I’m only on Day 2 with the Extreme Fat Destruction plan with SteveP78 (www.fitnesspoynters.com) but so far so good and still going strong! I can only wait to see the progress that I’m going to make!

So I had one last "sloppy clean" meal before starting my Extreme Fat Destruction Plan with SteveP78. We had some file transfer delays on my behalf, but I figured it out finally (I’m tarded sometimes) and he got me all hooked up! YAYYYY! We went to BD’s Mongolian BBQ and I had a baby spinach salad with cucumbers, mushrooms, lima beans, onions, and a few diced tomatoes. I dipped a few bites into FF raspberry vinagarette cause that choice looked the healthiest out of all of the others (And I’m a sucker for ranch, so I hope someone is proud if anyone reads this lmfao). My stir fry bowl had chicken and sirloin, broccoli, zucchini, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Asked the waitress for brown rice and my fiance and his mother asked for white rice, and the stupid @$$ waitress mixed them together in the same F*ing bowl!!! Now how lazy is that…not like she does the dishes or even busses the table when we are finished!!! And I brought a box home and I can already tell that my stomach has shrank since I have cleaned up my diet! Oh, and I sat without water for like 10 minutes. And I was thirsty as hell of course and they both had pop so it’s not like they could share! UGH, I was so upset with her service, she didn’t deserve the tip that she got!!!
And I was thinking about the pics that I posted recently. And the measurements that I updated. Took my measurements at night time after I had all my meals for the day, worked out and did cardio. Pics were taken on Memorial Day after I had eaten 4 of my meals. And it’s almost TOM time…so there’s probably some water retention beginning, and just blah! But that just means that my next measurements and pics will look that much better…hahaha! Plus I’ve had a crappy attitude lately and now I know why! But that’s not stopping my drive and motivation! A girl that I work with asked if I continue to workout when it’s TOM time and I said, "Well yea, it might be a little more draining and I might not want to do it, but it’s not an excuse…"
But I just felt like complaining/sharing/blabbing…lmao…so be ready to see some serious changes in the next progess pics and measurements!

Well, just wanted to make a little note, mainly to self, about the progress pictures that I uploaded today! Ay yi yi!!! I’m not going to let it discourage me, but going to find motivation from all angles. Wanted to take pics that I could use as real comparison, so that’s why I picked the jeans that I knew were still fitting snug. (Kinda surprised I got them all the way up to be honest) That way I can try them on periodically to see the progress and eventually they just will fall off!!! That’s what I am hoping anyways
But I did go out with my girlfriend lastnight singing karaoke, and yes drinking WATER!…she is training for a show at the end of June so we both behaved
…but she told me that she can already see the difference, and other friends that I haven’t seen since having Jesse said that I am looking good. But of course I had on a long sleeve baggy shirt with some pants that have been getting looser since the birth of my son! I actually probably could’ve worn a belt lastnight to hold them up instead of playing the tugging game. But it’s little comments from friends that make me feel better and give me motivation to KEEP MOVING!
