I’m at that stage where i know I should get off the couch and yet I have no drive. How do i get it back? I’ve move cities, changed jobs, changed my son’s schedule completely and added a man to my life… and somehow… i let myself get lazy and gain back every pound i lost!!!!! I’ve gone to the gym twice this week and I feel guilty every second I am at home. I need to change the guilt into a fire under my ass!

I bought Chalene Johnson’s 3T workout! This is the tubing workout and oh man was I screamin at her while I did it! If she’s making me hurt, it must be good!
I attended my first Aqua-Boxercise last night and I was sure that it didn’t really work us out at all,,, but this morning am I freakin sore! I am so gonna keep going to that. Any workout that doesn’t feel like a workout… but you know you are… love it!!!!

I’ve managed to miss only 3 days of workouts in this new workout I started. That is freakin amazing for me! I’ve bought Tosca Reno’s books and have been eating all natural for about 2 weeks now. The food is so good and of course if you know Tosca it’s all about the clean-eating, 6 meals a day! My son is loving the food too which helps a lot!
K, gonna go do morning stretches!

So I read the beginner’s info on this site and set up a workout according to it. I’ve posted it in my workout info area. Today is day 1! My cousin is going to do this with me so it should be fun to do this together! October pics WILL be better!!!

WE got done a little earlier than expected so I rushed home and did my update… I just about cried. Obviously I need to tighten up my willpower. I need some extreme discipline! Why is it that I know what I have to do but I just don’t do it consistently?????

Ok, so I had said that I would be weighing in and measuring the 1st of each month… which means that I will be logging in and doing it in the morning. I am at work and there is sooo much food… Can’t say I’ve been able to resist it all. bah! We are working until around 10pm and started at 7am… long freakin day. I did go for a walk to get away from the drag of sitting. Guess we’ll see the results tomorrow…

k, after writing my last blog and getting all those wonderful words of advice, yesterday I did it! I ate properly and pushed myself to do my workout. It was the 40 min Hip-Hob abs (Cardio Groove) and then I even made myself do the extra 6 minute challenge! I wanted to quit after 20 because I felt lazy but I talked myself into it! Today I am doing good so far and I am determined to get the workout in WITH the positive eating again!

Ok, so this week I’ve been concentrating so hard on the proper eating, that I can’t seem to get up the energy to do anything more that just my 3×15 ab crunches and 3×15 side crunches. ugggh, If i could just eat properly AND do the full workout dang would I be losing the fat! I suppose that is why most of us are on here though… because it isn’t so easy for some of us. I will keep trying because giving up is not an option!

I think perhaps my plateau is finally kicked to the curb!!!! I’ve managed to find motivation on here from all of you - enough to get my butt in gear 4 days in a row and eat properly all of those days too! This morning when I stepped on the scale it was finally down 1 lb!!!! Now I just have to keep my momentum going! This is where I always seem to self-sabotage …. but not this time! No way! I think I can, I think I can!
